Terms and Conditions
Scope
This section clarifies that the GTC apply to all contracts between the training provider and the participant. The designation of the parties is also defined here. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the training provider (hereinafter: "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter: "Participant") concerning participation in training courses of the Provider on our training website.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the participant registers for a training course on the training website and payment of the participation fee has been made. The provider reserves the right to refuse registrations.
Terms of payment
The participation fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The participant may pay by bank transfer. In the event of late payment, the provider is entitled to charge interest on arrears.
Cancellation and withdrawal
The participant may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the training. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the start of the training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged. If the participant fails to attend, the full participation fee will be due.
Changes to the training courses
The provider reserves the right to postpone, change or cancel training courses. In this case, the participant will be informed of the changes and given the opportunity to attend another training course or to have the participation fee refunded.
Copyright
The training documents are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or passed on without the consent of the provider.
Liability
The provider shall not be liable for any damage resulting from participation in training courses, unless it is due to intent on the part of the provider.
Data protection
The personal data of the participants will only be collected and processed within the framework of the implementation of the training courses. The provider undertakes to treat the data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC and the training courses is the registered office of the Provider.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to agree on a valid provision in place of the invalid provision which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
